Nem nướng Ninh Hòa is a speciality of Khánh Hòa province: sticks of charcoal-grilled seasoned pork, rolled in rice paper with a crispy fried roll, herbs, green banana and star fruit, then dipped in a thick, savoury orange sauce. A set usually costs 40,000–70,000 VND. Order with “Cho tôi một phần nem nướng”.

How to roll it
